  • We acknowledge our patients can often feel nervous about coming to see us. Being cheerful, smiling and gaining eye contact in a friendly manner ,whenever we care for a patient significantly helps them cope with this.

  • Everything we do must make the patients realise they can trust us. With this in mind we must be 100% efficient when we look after their appointments and accounts
  • We insist upon superb cross infection control standards in order to make the patients and ourselves safe from cross infection.
  • We feel that good surgery management is the key to a relaxed operating environment. This can only be achieved through forward planning and organisation.
  • We want our patients to be able to see us within a reasonable amount of time if they have a problem. We therefore will strive to control our waiting times both for appointments and in the waiting room.
